What I suggested to Huda yesterday was like this:

INPUT CONDITIONS [Add][Remove] OUTPUT ASSERTIONS [Add][Remove] SCENARIOS [Add][Remove]

Clicking [Remove] causes some interactive functionality that simplifies what row or colum to remove, and re-confirms that the selected row or column should be removed.
