Description
This is first a question for comment. Assigning to Charle to implement, but first opening the item for comment.
While preparing my presentation at IETF https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/124/materials/slides-124-rasprg-03-jpotvin-rasprg-00.pdf it became obvious to me that, although the Given-When-Then idea is a reasonable source idea for our data structure, the use of W and T in the indexing is not intuitive. But K for Key and V for Value is clearer and usefully literal.
This will require tweaks to RM, RR and RT.

Don, would you agree with this? To change our W and T (WHEN; THEN) to K and V (KEY; VALUE)?
