1) CRLF and a linebreak when people are downloading lookups by itself.

3) Put double quotations around data so it is csv readable.
4) Change hierarchy when reading rules.
5)For a general category, add a "Column" row.
6) For empty categories, use the text "Row".
7)Preview should show just 20 columns.
