Not sure if I'm just forgetting something, or if this is a bug.

I load a saved, partially-completed rule (it has only the logic gate so far).

But when I work on other parts of it (e.g. metadata), I cannot save this record because the button for "Save Copy of Rule to Local Machine" is greyed out. (See screenshot attached.) I tried completing the "required" fields in the metadata section -- but so far that doesn't help.

Am I missing a required field?
