Currently there's no way to remove the inner row once it's been added (or I don't see it). Therefore, after the user clicks "Add an inner row", that phrase should automatically change to "Delete the inner row". When that delete is clicked, then display a prompt saying: "All inner row data will be deleted [Cancel][Proceed]".
