I attach the media release in ODT and PDF format, and I attach three button options for the home page. I think the "basic button" looks best, but let me know what you think.

The first image may need to have different cropping, seems to be strangely cropped when the web browser size changes.

When the home page is displayed on device with 'dark' background, I notice that the clickable image we added about the award needs a transparent background.
Here is a replacement for the clickable image on the home page for the article about the Central Banking award -- this one has a transparent background.
Let's see of the edges of the letters look okay -- if not I'll re-do it.)
