Description

The "Add Product or Service" button opens the correct form, but the form fails to save and present any result.

(The ISIC Code and ISIC Name are working correctly -- the user can save multiple additional code:name pairs.

It's working, thanks.

Just a minor labelling issue, that I'll include here. Please change the ISIC label from "Specify Industry Sector" to "Add Industry Sector", so that the terminology matches the UNSPSC label.
