Description

Don pushed his upload / download API to GitLab yesterday. https://gitlab.com/xalgorithms-alliance/rule-networking-software/prototypes/-/tree/main/triad-ruby

I have in mind that the user of RuleMaker should have the option to save locally only (as at present) and to publish to the Internet (RuleReserve).

I am currently exploring some additions to our exports -- perhaps always including a row for column index {1,2,3...} and what I now a a "Sparse Cartesian Product Coordinates" format for exporting lookup tables. Comments from Nhamo, Don, et al are pending.
