I got "There was an error uploading your rule." after I exported, then tried to open a partially-done rule

Currently I can export (save) a rule that is partially or fully written, but I cannot open it in RM to continue editing.
RE [from Slack]: "okay seems like there was just an error with validation. It should be working now."
Still getting "Error: There was an error uploading your rule." Is there a flaw in the JSON that I saved locally that I can fix in order to open the rule?
Apologies, I hadn't seen that this was still an issue. Could you send me the JSON file so I can test it out.
